Frequently Asked Questions

These are some of the questions that come up most often before people reach out.
If something isn’t covered here, the consultation is the place to talk it through.

WHO IS THIS WORK FOR?

This work is best suited for beauty and wellness founders, independent creatives, and small teams who care about how their work is presented but don’t want to be constantly online managing it.

Clients often come in with strong ideas and experience, but need help clarifying their message, organizing their digital presence, or building systems that actually support their goals. The focus is always on alignment, clarity, and long-term sustainability.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Every project is different, so pricing is based on scope rather than a fixed menu of services.

Work begins with a complimentary consultation to understand your needs, goals, and constraints. From there, I’ll propose a clear plan and rate based on the project. Once we agree, a contract is provided before any work begins.

HOW INVOLVED WILL I BE IN THE PROCESS?

That depends on how you prefer to work.

Some clients want to be closely involved, while others prefer to hand things off. In most cases, there are a few intentional check-in points to make sure everything stays aligned without creating unnecessary back-and-forth.

The goal is collaboration without overwhelm, and clarity without micromanagement.

CAN YOU HELP ME GROW MY AUDIENCE QUICKLY?

Short answer: growth can’t be guaranteed on a specific timeline.

What can be built is a clear, consistent presence that supports your goals and speaks to the right people. Rather than chasing numbers, the focus is on meaningful visibility, clear messaging, and systems that work over time.

That approach tends to create steadier, more sustainable growth and better outcomes overall.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

No.

My working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. Communication happens via email or scheduled calls during that time.

This boundary keeps projects focused, thoughtful, and sustainable for everyone involved.

HOW I WORK

I don’t approach visibility as “be everywhere, all the time.”

Part of my role is helping you identify which platforms actually make sense for your business and your capacity. Some clients want ongoing support. Others want things set up clearly and then take it from there.

The focus is on creating structure and direction that supports you, not adding more to manage.
